I got some vitamins in the mail the other day and I was anxious to try them out. I’m always interested in buying vitamins but I never know which ones to get or which ones will benefit me. Let me start off by saying these Biotivia pills were easy to swallow. I sometimes have a hard time swallowing pills but this was simple and they didn’t taste weird. They were pretty big but they were coated pills and not tablets so that makes a world of a difference to me when taking vitamins. It’s only been a few days but I can already tell that I may continue to use these for a long while!

I hate when that time of month comes around. I’m not sure if I’m really irritable. You’d have to ask those around me but I can surely tell you that all I experience is pain, pain and more pain. I hate it because sometimes I feel like I can’t move at all. The littlest thing hurts me. I should go to the doctor and see if I have fibromyalgia so I can start taking the necessary vitamins. Outside of pain my hormones get a boost and that can be good or bad if you know what I mean.

I need better insurance coverage since I live away from home. Whenever I want to go to the hospital I have to drive home to do so. I never feel like doing that because I don’t like going to the hospital in the first place. Don’t expect me to drive 40 minutes out of my way when I’m not feeling good in the first place. I wonder if I’m eligible for medicare insurance since that is accepted in more places than the insurance I currently have.

I don’t know any children with cerebral palsy but I have heard of parents looking for cerebral palsy therapy. I’m sure it’s a tough situation that parents must go through and I know it must be hard finding treatment facilities that are really looking out for your child’s well-being. So many places just try to take your money instead of caring about the development of the child. If you are in this situation I hope you find what’s best for you, your child and your family.

I wouldn’t mind having to wear a medical id bracelet. They come in some really cute designs! My roommate got one recently and I was surprised that they look like that. You could easily mistake it for a regular personalized bracelet or something. I think getting an id bracelet in a cute design is a good idea because you wont mind wearing it.

I don’t go to the doctor much because I don’t like dealing with the issues behind my insurance. If you go out of the network it’s a pain trying to get them to cover you. I’m dealing with that now. I need to find a way to get my insurance company to cover my heath care. I wish I had medicare advantage so I wouldn’t have to deal with these problems.

I’ve suffered from migraines since I was a small child. The doctors haven’t been able to figure out the cause. At first they thought it was because I needed glasses, and that did help…my vision but I still came home with headaches. My migraines were terrible about 3 years ago. They’ve finally settled down. I still have a migraine every now and again but not as often as I used to.

Wouldn’t it be nice to have some sort of diet patch? All you have to do is wear the patch and eat healthy while you lose weight. It has always been my dream to be skinner but I don’t have the patience for it. I was born this way so it will be hard for me to lose weight since I am meant to look like this.

I was trying to think of something to blog about and I said hey, why not Jamie Lynn. I can’t go anywhere on the net without reading about her. I really do think the situation is sad. The entire Spears situation. I don’t want to be seen as one who is just going to blame the parent for poor parenting. That’s obvious. Her mom mad a comment about her never breaking her curfew but at the same time she never said what time her curfew was. It could have been 5am for all we know. I think these Hollywood moms (not all of them, of course) are so busy being best friends with their children that they can no longer lead them. I was 16 once, and yes, I was thinking about sex. I didn’t have sex because I was afraid of the consequences that I would have to face. So I don’t think it’s right to point a finger at Jamie Lynn and say shame on you. There are so many 16 year olds out here doing any and everything that they please. I think it’s because parents aren’t trying to be parents anymore. And even if you are a good parent that isn’t enough to stop your child from experimenting. This could have been her first time. I commend her for keeping the child but I feel like this is a publicity stunt to keep the Spears family in the public eye. I wouldn’t be surprised if this whole thing was set up. She’s 3 months pregnant. She isn’t showing. Why come out to the world like that? Look at Christina Aguilera and Jennifer Lopez. They both are married and pregnant. I’m sure the only reason this issue is a big deal is because this girl is Britney Spears little sister. Being pregnant is a new fashion statement. I have more to say but this could go on forever. I think that family needs prayer.
