Comfortable shoes are a must, especially if you have a busy lifestyle. I work a lot and my job requires me to stand on my feet all day long. I keep saying that I want to go on a vacation. I really just want a break from the norm. Get out of Michigan for a few days and just enjoy life. In order for me to go on a trip I need to buy some luggage. I don’t have any. I’ve never really owned my own set of luggage. I had some family hand me downs but we all used those as a family. Nothing has ever been all mine. If I got some luggage I know it would be black with a nice purple trim. I just love those two colors!

I’ve been living in my apartment for 3 months now and can you believe that I still have some things in boxes? Some of my posters are still sitting on the floor. Mirrors need to be hung. I need to paint. I just haven’t had the time, or money to decorate my home the way I wanted to.

I need to get some new window blinds to give my living room some character. Everything looks so dull. I was able to find some cool bamboo shades that are on sale! I really need to go clothes shopping. Moreso now than ever. With my new job I wont be forced to wear a uniform for the first time in a long time. This means I’ll have to go out and get a few pair of pants as well as nice shirts to wear to work. I’m excited because this is the first job where I get to dress up on a daily basis! Sometimes I like dressing up because it makes you feel pretty and it sounds weird but sometimes feeling pretty on the outside makes you feel pretty on the inside. It’s definitely a change for me. I’m not really a tomboy and at the same time I’m not a girly girl. I just dress…normal. Somewhere in between.

Girly girls will wear fitted jeans and a fancy top. Tomboys will wear baggy jeans and a t-shirt. I’ll wear fitted jeans with a t-shirt. That’s me. A happy medium.

I’m a fan of handbags but lately my collection has disappeared. I haven’t been shopping for them like I used to and I’ve just been sticking with one simple bag. Because of that all of my bags are breaking. I’m using them until they are run down and that is not good. My feet have been hurting lately. It all started when I went to the job fair the other day. I wanted to wear business shoes. I was on my feet for a long time and did a lot of walking.
