I have to do better…

I feel like I gained 10lbs tonight. I wasn’t hungry but I was still craving food. It’s hard to explain. I need to go to bed but I feel like I need to take a 20 mile jog before crashing. This is so sad. I find that I eat more when I’m at home especially when I’m about to start my monthly cycle. I’m scared to weight myself. I need to find some fat burners so I can lose some weight. I also need to start eating right and recording everything that I eat so at the end of the day I wont feel so bad. I HAVE to do better…
