I have been struggling trying to find a diet that works for me. The Nutrisystem plan seems simple. You chose which plan you want to be on based on the food that you like, the meals will be delivered to your door and that’s it! Just eat and watch the plan work for you. I think this would be good for me because I don’t eat all that I should eat because I’m too lazy to cook and that just makes it harder for me to lose weight.
