Comfortable shoes are a must, especially if you have a busy lifestyle. I work a lot and my job requires me to stand on my feet all day long. Believe me, it definitely has done some wear and tear on my feet. I now have foot pains and back pains. I wouldn’t have gone through this if I had better shoes. You have to know what kind of feet you have and that is how you find your comfort. I need arch support and shoes with a thick sole. Compared to other shoes out there the shoes I wear to work are decent. I really think the pain started when I started wearing shoes with no soles.
