I’ve really been trying to find ways to lose weight. I haven’t been one that could stick to exercise everyday so I’m trying to start my journey by eating healthier. I’ve been thinking about taking supplements because I don’t want to get sick if I have to skip a meal or eat larger portions. I was reading some lipovox reviews and that seems like a good start. It even contains 150mg of Green Tea Extract in each serving, and the price isn’t ridiculous either.

For the past few weeks I’ve been craving cookies. Not any ole type of cookies but chocolate cookies. Not only that but homemade fresh out of the over chocolate chip cookies with a glass of cold milk. I haven’t had time to bake any cookies because I’ve been really busy with school and whatnot. Hopefully I’ll be able to do that in the coming month. We will see. In place of chocolate chip cookies I bought an apple pie and oreo cookies. As you can see I’m still craving chocolate chip cookies so now I’m starting to think that I should have bought some break-n-bake cookies or something.

Tonight Mariah Carey was on American Idol and if you know me you know how excited I was. I got little reminders from people of my past as well as people of the present. It’s so cool when people see Mariah and think of me. I spoke with a friend and he was telling me about how when him and his gf first heard Touch My Body they both laughed and tried to mock my “Mariah scream”. It was kinda funny but at the same time LOL. People think I’m crazy but I think I only know one other person who understands. Putting Idol and Mariah together has been something I’ve talked about over and over again since season 1 of American Idol. “Wouldn’t it be great if someone would sing Mariah songs?” “Wouldn’t it be great if they did a Mariah theme?” “Wouldn’t it be great if Mariah was a mentor?”. Yes, I took the wouldn’t it be greats up in stages. They didn’t have mentors when the show first started, and now they do. I’m happy because I finally got the question I ask every year multiple times a year answered! MARIAH DID IDOL! I couldn’t believe it when I heard that she was going to be on Idol this year. I’m still in shock.

Now for the bad news…this season sucks! So it wasn’t as interesting as it would have been if she did Idol last year but nonetheless Mariah Carey was on Idol and I tried to enjoy it for what it was worth. The boys did an excellent job. Maybe it’s because they’re boys so you can’t really compare a boys voice to a girls voice but I dunno…

Tomorrow Mariah will be performing Bye Bye and hopefully she does a great job. I love you Mariah!

There are so many forms of cancer. Everyday it seems like I learn something new. Today I was reading about mesothelioma and it is a type of cancer that is caused by being exposed to asbestos. Asbestos was used often before the 1980s because of its heat resistance. Since then many countries have banned the use of asbestos since it does cause cancer.

I’m always trying to find a way to make money. I’m in school and I’m still not sure what I want to do when I graduate. I want to work for someone but at the same time I want to run my own business. I think with getting a franchise you’re able to experience the best of both worlds. It would of course have to be something I love doing. There aren’t many Cici’s pizza’s around here and I’ve been hearing great things from the people I know who have opened their own franchise restaurant.

So what’s been going on? I’ve been keeping up with Idol. Watching it every week. Watching the results shows and all that good stuff. I feel like Idol fell flat on its face this year. Usually there’s something that pulls me in but now I’m only watching it because it’s Idol. There’s not any one person that I’m in love with…and the competition is pretty much in full gear.

This week will be the Idol Gives Back special. I know last year by the time Idol Gives Back rolled around I had my favs. Heck, I had my favs during the audition phase and she ended up winning the whole competition! No one pops for me this year. I’m still waiting for something to happen and hopefully it will. I think the only reason Idol is getting great ratings is because of it’s track record. Everyone expects Idol to be great but this year it’s just not doing anything for me…

I want to try using a colon cleanser. When I talk to people who’ve had their colon cleansed in the past they always tell me great things. Colon cleansers clean out all the wastes and sometimes can even help you lose weight. I wouldn’t mind trying this out to see the results for myself. Sometimes you just feel like you need to get cleaned out, you know?

I got some vitamins in the mail the other day and I was anxious to try them out. I’m always interested in buying vitamins but I never know which ones to get or which ones will benefit me. Let me start off by saying these Biotivia pills were easy to swallow. I sometimes have a hard time swallowing pills but this was simple and they didn’t taste weird. They were pretty big but they were coated pills and not tablets so that makes a world of a difference to me when taking vitamins. It’s only been a few days but I can already tell that I may continue to use these for a long while!

I’m all about living in peace. I like the country life and I really wouldn’t mind staying in a secluded area. Currently I’m living in a country part of my city and I love it. It’s quiet, you don’t hear many cars driving through or anything. A train runs on it’s given schedule but I hardly even notice that growing up in a busy city. They have some land for sale Branson that I’d love to check out. It could be my next vacation home!
