Bid For Prizes
Posted on June 30th, 2007 @ 2:35 pm

Bid4Prizes is a site that lets you win prizes based on the lowest unique bid. It may sound a little confusing at first but it’s easy to understand. Say you want to bid on a Dell Laptop. You will want to put in a low amount like $0.01 but an amount that other people wont think of. I think everyone will use $0.01 so I decided to put it $0.17. If you are the only person that has put in that value and it is the lowest unique value (meaning it only shows up by 1 person) then you win the prize! They even have Cash Prizes and Free gifts.

I know sometimes I go bid crazy on ebay for products that I don’t really want and I end up winning them and I have to buy them. With this site it will help me avoid all of that. Even if I did end up winning a prize it would be an expensive product such as the Apple I-Phone, an HDTV or a computer for under a dollar. Who can argue with that. Bid4Prizes is a great site. Bid4Prizes is a user friendly game and you will understand how to play it. If you are interested in winning prizes for next to nothing compared to their market value then you should definitely join this site and enter the Sweepstake today!

BET Awards
Posted on June 30th, 2007 @ 2:27 pm

I’m sure everyone saw the BET awards. Even if you didn’t get a chance to see it I’m sure you heard about it and will see it in the near future. I know back in the day there was a time the BET awards came on every day, or so it seemed. I don’t think they were that great. It wasn’t bad and it certainly was more entertaining then any other award show that I know of but it still wasn’t as great as it usually is. My favorite performance would have to go to Ciara. She takes the cake. That girl can dance her butt off. I loved the robe part as well. Beyonce’s performance was hot until someone told me it was STOLEN and I saw the video of the person she ripped it off from. Mo’Nique wasn’t as funny as she usually is. It wasn’t the greatest award show but it’s worth seeing at least once.

Posted on June 8th, 2007 @ 5:08 am

As a young adult who is always trying to look after my siblings as if they were my own children I’ve always been one to push the value of an education. My siblings have been in so many summer learning programs and I’m always encouraging them to do more because I know that there is more out there besides the city life. If you want to get your child involved there are many summer programs out there that offer Math Tutors, Reading Tutors, Science Tutors and more. Get them the help that they need.

Idol Chatter
Posted on June 8th, 2007 @ 5:05 am

Now that Idol is gone I feel like there is nothing for me to talk about. I’ve been stalking Jordin. I love that girl! My coworker gave me the EW magazine with Jordin on the cover. I was geeked! I can’t explain how geeked I was but you should know that I was geeked! I’m really happy for her. I’m excited about her album and everything. I hope she releases it soon and I hope it’s really good. Idol has a problem with making good CDs but hopefully hers will be on the same par with Carrie’s. I can’t wait. Hopefully I’ll have some new and exciting info to bring to you soon. I’m thinking about going to the Idol’s tour but I don’t know if I really want to. I mean I’d love to see Jordin, Melinda, Blake and LaKisha but everyone else is bleh.

Spyware
Posted on June 8th, 2007 @ 4:41 am

Many people who are on the internet browsing different sites on a daily basis and downloading any and everything they can get their hands on are at risk for having spyware on their computers. Most of the time antivirus protectors don’t even catch spyware so you would definitely need some back up protection. I’m usually a cheap person and I don’t like spending money on anti-virus programs or spyware killers but I’m actually going to get Webroot’s Spy Sweeper software.

Right now you can get Spy Sweeper for $19.95. That’s $10 off the original price of $29.95. Your computer may be safe now but there is no guarentee that it will always be that way. I’ve heard some spyware horror stories as well as lived through some myself.

When spyware gets on your computer you have to deal with constant pop-ups and constant clicking. This happens even when you’re not on the computer. What would you do if adult content popped up on your computer on a daily basis? I’m sure you would be embarrassed. This does happen! It happens all the time. You can stop that from happening by using Webroot’s award winning spyware software.

Before I Cheat
Posted on June 7th, 2007 @ 1:49 am

Before He Cheats is one of my favorite songs by Carrie Underwood. In fact it is the song that made me fall in love with her! Anywho, while surfing online and wasting time I found this. I guess it’s still somewhat new so I couldn’t find it on Youtube and Yahoo sucks because they don’t let you embed videos. The link is a video of Joe singing “Before I Cheat”. It’s “Before He Cheats” in his perspective which means instead of saying “Shania Karaoke” he said “Mariah Karaoke” (which IMO fits the R&B style very well) and instead of saying “before he cheats” he said “before I cheat”. I think you get it. He sounds good. I would actually like to download the song.

Tattoos
Posted on June 6th, 2007 @ 9:28 am

I’ve always wanted a tattoo. I’m pretty set on getting a butterfly tattoo. I’m not sure where I want to put it. I was thinking on my lower back. That’s the most common area to have a tattoo, I know. I just don’t know where else I would like to have one. It would be nice to have some small cross tattoos on my shoulder.

The site linked above has some nice designs. If you are thinking about getting a tattoo you should check out some of the pics and maybe it’ll help you come up with some good designs.
