Lemon LawPosted on April 19th, 2007 @ 11:55 pm
If you are planning on purchasing a car or have already purchased one within the last year (or 18,000 miles) this this information may be very important to you.
Every state in the United States has a lemon law that says if you purchase a new or used car and it is a lemon you should get some form of compensation. If you had to take your car to the shop more than three times for the same problem, if your car has been out of service for the past 30 days, or if you’ve tried to contact the dealer and they’ve failed to attempt to fix the problem then you have a case.
If you live in Ohio you are at an advantage because they have the strongest lemon law in the nation.

AI: Idol Gives BackPosted on April 19th, 2007 @ 11:32 pm
I’m so glad to hear that American Idol is doing something for children in need. It’s a really great program, and it makes my heart smile. It’s also great to see how many companies are jumping aboard by donating money to a great cause. I think we often get caught up in the glitz and glamor of American Idol that we don’t realize that this is a step in the right direction. Celebrities are gathering together for two very special nights. American Idol is the most watched show, so why not make it a concert-esque event. I can’t wait to see what they have in store.
Don’t forget to vote! I know a lot of people thing “my vote doesn’t matter”, but tonight it really does matter. For each vote that is cast sponsors are going to make a donation to charity. Some of us not be financially stable to help out, so just call a few times. Show your support!
